Forecast
Thursday/ High mid to upper 60’s With low temperature in the low 50’s. Turning colder into Friday morning. Lows in the 30’s.
Cold front/
Cold front pushing into area Thursday night. Temperatures will drop quickly with winds gusty. Temperatures will be in 30’s Friday morning and windchill in the 20’s. Growing season has slowed anyways with 30’s and lots of 40’s past couple weeks so no major harm will be done since everything has wrapped up in that department pretty much. Winds 30-45 mph gust can’t be ruled out. Strap outdoor furniture down and secure any items that could be blown around. This will be a shock to system but this is normal.
Tropics/
Eyes all on the gulf. Fiona heading north but will have high pressure filter behind it. High pressure to west and high pressure in the Atlantic accompanied with this cold from will allow a possible lane for this wave to ride up. Where is to be determined. What strength to be determined. What we do know is models have indicated the possibility for a gulf strong storm. Stronger and faster this develops it will steer to the east but weaker more west. Steering currents always revolving so keep close eye on the developments.
