Temperatures crashed last night so rain showers turn to snizzle and light snow showers. Accumulation skiff - Dusting. Low temperature this morning was 20F but windchill single digits. High today 35F. Great day to hike or do whatever you like. We will warm up end of week so enjoy these temps. Cover those plants up again to keep warm cause temps will be in the mid 20’s tonight. Freeze warning and advisories are all over TN and WNC.


                      Wednesday Thru Friday 

Wednesday:high around 50F. Low temperature upper 30’s.  Mostly sunny. 

Thursday: mid 50’s high temperature. With low 40’s as low temperature. 50/50 clouds and sun. 

Friday: highs around 60F. Low temperature upper 40’s. Sun. 


Pretty quite weather wise til Monday. We can’t have these dry streaks leading to summer. So hopefully this will not be a regular occurrence. End of Month into May looks interesting. Colder than avg temps and can’t rule out below freezing temperatures in that time frame. Appreciate everyone support. Hope everyone has great rest of there Tuesday.

Really love sharing this microclimate information but most importantly love interacting with you all. The other night a anonymous person made a very generous contribution to the weather fund. The funds that are given helps tremendously towards new equipment like weather stations/cameras/chasing/and lot more. I want to give as much information accurately as I possibly can especially for the high country areas that get barely any attention at all.
