                          Snow totals and Information 

This blog will be solely for snow and weather that occurred on 4/8/2022. And additional information can be seen on yesterday’s blog or blog that will be out this afternoon. 

High yesterday was 33F briefly but as the heavier snow moved in the temperatures dropped into the 20’s. Accumulation picked up. Before then thou cause sun angle and ground temps we had 4 good dustings/skiff that I measured out. Those all total to .80” of snow. After that once temperatures fell into upper 20’s the snow stuck to all surfaces. We did have some graupel which helped for initial accumulation to stick good. All in all as of midnight we accumulated. 6.70”. Accumulation could have been lot more if sun angle cause time of year was different. Or was at all night. But we will take this for sure. We have snow showers around all day Saturday so let’s enjoy some white gold. As I’m typing this I will say we have picked up more snow since midnight. Watch for this afternoon blog.
