                              Snow Event Special Blog


What a day of snow and cold. Started today at 21F and warmed up to 25F. Heavy snow showers was the main precipitation all day long. Was few bouts of graupel thou. Winds also got up to 20-25 MPH gust during the real heavy snow showers. At this time flurries still flying. Accumulation of any more snow not likely. Total accumulation 16.1” of snow. Pretty darn good for April if you ask me. This total combined with 4/8/2022 snow. Yesterday total was 6.70” of snow. So today literally gave us almost 10” of snow. Incredible spring  snow.

Rain came in this morning and gave us 0.35” in the rain bucket. That now puts us over a inch for the week. High temperature of 54F with now mostly cloudy skies. Low tonight will get us to around 40F.                                        Sunday  Mainly sunny day with clouds rolling in more in the afternoon. High temperatures around the mid 50’s.
