What a day yesterday! Lot of severe weather yesterday to our east and south. Here nothing but light rain yesterday morning and few sprinkles and showers in afternoon. 0.39” was the final rainfall count. This morning we woke up to low visibility and 36F to start the day. We have since cleared up and hit a high of 45F. If you haven’t check out the pictures and videos I posted from yesterday evening on the social media accounts.
Weekend forecast looks fun for us high country folks. Winter weather will make its presence Friday night and last into Saturday. Accumulation will be possible above 3500’ along the TN/NC Border. Having winter weather late March and all of April not unusual. But definitely a treat this late in season. We deserve it since December didn’t provide but few inches of snow. I do think Saturday during day we could still see snow showers but this time year it’s hard to accumulate during day unless snow rates are high. Sunday looks to be clear. Lows will range from upper teens to highs of mid to upper 30’s. Hints of a cold snap first week of April but we will get to that after this weekend.

Appreciate everyone support. Hope everyone has a great rest of there Thursday.
