The warm up begins for this week! Cool start of 28F was this morning low temperature. High temperature today hit 55F. Today felt like a late spring day for high country. Lot high thin clouds but sun was able to filter thru most of the day. 


                         Thursday Thru Saturday 



Thursday: High upper 50’s.  Low temperature mid 40’s. 50/50 clouds and sun we will call tomorrow. 

Friday: High around 60F with low in upper 40’s. Sun. 

Saturday: Very warm with temps around the low 60’s. Low temperature upper 40’s. Possibly hottest day since September 2021. 


No rain til Monday. Mild to Hot temperatures especially in valleys. And non mountain areas like Asheville, Hendersonville,Erwin and Johnson city will be Hot. Still eyeing the cool down end of month into May but we will eventually skip the roller coaster of “spring” to straight summer like weather. Hope everyone has a great rest of there Wednesday.

Really love sharing this microclimate information but most importantly love interacting with you all. The other night a anonymous person made a very generous contribution to the weather fund. The funds that are given helps tremendously towards new equipment like weather stations/cameras/chasing/and lot more. I want to give as much information accurately as I possibly can especially for the high country areas that get barely any attention at all.
