Beautiful morning with low of 31F but we quickly warmed today with all this sunshine. 56F was the high but clouds came in this afternoon to stop anymore heating. We are quickly falling to mid 40’s as I’m typing this.  Humidity 28%  with dew point of 21.3. Winds been 10-15 mph also. Dry conditions til tomorrow morning. 



                                Saturday and Sunday 

Saturday:  high low 50’s. Low temperature upper 30’s. Rain  will be around heavy at times for some locations.  Clearing out in afternoon. 

Sunday: High low 50’s. Low temperature close to freezing. Sun to clouds. 


This week has been pretty uneventful. Next week could be about same. Outside of a cooler shot of air Monday into Tuesday with chance of high elevation flurries. And that looks to be best shot at precipitation as of now. Still days out to mid to end next week. Will add more to this in Sunday blog. Appreciate everyone support. Hope everyone b has great rest of there Friday. Sorry blog out so late been trying to achieve some weekly hiking goals.

After May 1st I will be doing recap on the season from Oct 1st - May 1st season of 2021-2022.  Will likely have a typed and YouTube video of me talking about what happened during this season. I will have some adventures that il be recording and also will be looking at what we can expect come 2022-2023 snow season.

Really love sharing this microclimate information but most importantly love interacting with you all. The other night a anonymous person made a very generous contribution to the weather fund. The funds that are given helps tremendously towards new equipment like weather stations/cameras/chasing/and lot more. I want to give as much information accurately as I possibly can especially for the high country areas that get barely any attention at all.
