What a gorgeous day in the high country! Awesome day to get some yard work done and outside office work. We started the day below freezing at 31F and really the temps hasn’t risen much. High today 37F. Was partly cloudy I would say to start but around 11 am the clouds really started to thicken. The cold air in place before the moisture tonight. So that means snow showers will develop tonight into the morning. Accumulations will vary! Elevations above 3500’ can expect light accumulation in the favorable areas. Also will be windy into Saturday. Wind advisory in effect Saturday 6 am til 8 pm Saturday. 15-25 mph up to 50 mph gust. Sunday will be clear but cool.

Next week everything looks quite for most part. Will be mild days with couple solid rain chances mid week and first part of the weekend. Then all eyes on the first full week of April. Looks to be a possible cold snap so we will definitely be tracking that through the week.

Enjoy the snow if you get any and also enjoy the cool temperatures. Cause even us high country folks know we will be heating up in April goin into May. But hopefully we can keep cooler temperatures thru spring and summer. But hey we can’t complain about the high’s in the 60’s and 70’s during the summer with cool breeze. Appreciate everyone support. Over 800 followers on Twitter which I’m so grateful for everyone.  Also over 3200 followers on TikTok. Y’all rock. Hope everyone has a great rest of there Friday.
